Starting Tuesday March 9th 2010, a nutritionist with experience in food allergy, obesity and eating disorders is joining our office. We are very excited about this addition, not only because she is a very lovely, friendly and energetic person, but because she has both the broad and the specific background and experience. She also has the passion and a wide perspective to many nutritional issues. The food allergy exposure she had, was with food challenge patients, where in addition to counseling them, she was preparing meals for them when they came for the day, educating them on issues such as the cooked egg and milk studies as well as calling food manufacturers and knowing which companies tended to produce food that may be contaminated. We are preparing a page for her on this site so you will be able to get to see her and learn so much more about her qualifications.
